Terms of Use
Official legal conditions, website terms, and platform compliance guidelines for global buyers, developers, and partners.
Welcome! Box House Holdings, Inc. and its affiliated companies (together, “BoxHouse” or ”we” or “us”) offers this and other websites, webpages, applications, and online B2B procurement portals in which these Terms of Use are referenced or linked (collectively, the “Sites”). We provide these platform resources to assist global buyers, contractors, project managers, and property developers in evaluating and procuring our factory-built steel-framed modular housing solutions.
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: Before accessing or utilizing our platform, please read these Terms carefully as they establish a legally binding agreement between BoxHouse and your business entity. By accessing or using the Sites, you affirm that you are authorized and legally competent to accept these conditions.
1. Agreement Scope & Commercial Disclosures
These Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy govern your interaction with BoxHouse online systems. BoxHouse designs, manufactures, and exports steel-framed foldable modular housing engineered to withstand harsh environmental conditions (including wind loads up to 200 mph) and ship flat inside standard shipping containers worldwide.
Product specifications, technical drawings, unit floor plans, freight estimates, and structural load metrics displayed on the Sites serve as general architectural guidelines. Final engineering specifications, delivery timelines, custom layout requirements, and commercial pricing are formally established under individual procurement contracts or master supply agreements.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Technical Documentation
BoxHouse retains full title, copyright, industrial design rights, and intellectual property rights to all information, engineering schematics, architectural renderings, photographic assets, video walk-throughs, trademarks, and proprietary technical descriptions published on the Sites.
Qualified commercial buyers, developers, and government agencies are permitted to download and reference marketing brochures and floorplan PDFs solely for technical evaluation and project planning purposes. Without explicit written approval from BoxHouse, you may not:
- Incorporate BoxHouse engineering drawings or structural designs into commercial bids for third-party manufacturing.
- Reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, frame, or commercially redistribute BoxHouse website media or technical whitepapers.
- Remove proprietary copyright tags, structural rating declarations, or patent notices from BoxHouse downloadable materials.
3. Business Communications & User Submissions
Our platform enables international procurement directors, developers, and buyers to submit inquiries, site evaluation metrics, and project specifications. Any technical suggestions, feedback, project requirements, or ideas sent to BoxHouse regarding our foldable structural technology or modular unit layouts are deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary unless governed by a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
By submitting feedback or public project case studies to BoxHouse, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to utilize such concepts for ongoing structural refinement, marketing case studies, or operational enhancements.
4. Platform Use Regulations & Prohibited Conduct
When accessing BoxHouse digital resources, users and commercial representatives agree to strictly refrain from the following prohibited activities:
- Falsifying company credentials, organizational roles, or identity when requesting project quotes or engineering specifications.
- Deploying automated scrapers, web crawlers, data mining tools, or bot nets against BoxHouse servers or technical databases.
- Interfering with server infrastructure, introducing malicious software code, or attempting unauthorized access to supplier network portals.
- Utilizing website communications to transmit unsolicited promotional content, spam, or misleading commercial proposals.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties & Structural Specifications
While BoxHouse maintains rigorous factory line quality checks and standardized building code testing, all content provided on the Sites is presented on an "as is" and "as available" basis for initial planning guidance.
Structural compliance, local zoning feasibility, foundation requirements (helical ground screws vs. poured concrete slabs), utility connections, and import duty regulations vary by international destination. Commercial buyers are responsible for confirming local building code compliance with certified municipal engineers prior to site deployment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, BoxHouse Holdings, Inc. and its directors, officers, engineers, and suppliers shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital resources or architectural documentation prior to contract execution.
7. Dispute Resolution & International Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of our web platforms or commercial disclosures shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
